I'm imagining this as a guitar song. Might be cool. Jess and her band friends are working on an arrangement for Alan Shapiro's poem "Country Western Singer" after I suggested they try it.
That site actually has a mistake in the poem's (and what would be the song's) best line. A reversal of the salivation/salvation joke. Results of the band's work so far are hilarious and amazing.
