Quick question (since you'll probably know this!): I'm looking for something that could pass as the standard text for rhetorical reference. Something like this (http://humanities.byu.edu/rhetoric/Silva.htm), but in book form and with a historical overview of treatments and approaches to rhetoric. Any ideas?
