I have had the most fearful pains and troubles in my time. But they were all of the sort that go away. I didn't know they were when I had them, but they were. I sometimes, honestly, think I must be the luckiest person in the world. I hope it's a tie among many.

And even if someday I'm not--revise to: even though someday I won't be--I will never forget the change. Changes? I think of a walk in the snow and I think of a drive in the rain.
