My 2nd favorite Mr. Show sketch, though The Altered State of Drugachusetts had it beat for a while. But this one held up. And you know, you just know, that this was inspired by some actual local news story.
The last 45 seconds or so aren't really part of it, just an example of how they connected scenes.
