Jun. 20th, 2011 02:32 amDon't watch The Killing. It's like Prison Break in that it will keep you strung along through a lot of obviousness and bad acting with a single tease. We had a second reason to continue, as a lot of it was filmed in my wife's high school, but don't you start.
The Walking Dead is okay. Doesn't pretend to be more or other than it is. Grosser than I'd have made it, but I wouldn't have made it.
AMC is regressing toward the mean, I guess. Though the great moments in Mad Men and Breaking Bad are entangled in enough pedestrian ones that you question whether they in fact happened sometimes.
