Feb. 10th, 2013 04:12 amSlept 7:30-3:30. Not smoothly, but it means the correction's done. I'll gradually catch up on the missed sleep. And I should start trying out the lightbox/melatonin combination again soon. Maybe now? It moves your bedtime forward, when successful, which isn't really what I need at the moment, but now's when I can get a running start. But it also tends to decrease sleep, at first. Probably best to get rested (only really possible at this end of the cycle) and let my body catch up to the present routine, then try that other stuff when I'm sleeping between 9:30 and 10. Presumably the lightbox works best if you walk from the fake sunlit room into actual sunshine.
