Permanent Resident card is very late though, meaning I can't yet get the sleep study -> bring Disability my diagnosis -> prevent the Dep't from assigning me any morning tutorials -> ensure no repeats of nasty Winter 2013.
Canadian Immigration is basically set up to avoid ever taking your calls, too. The one time I snuck through, via a sympathetic receptionist at the Atlanta Embassy (Consulate? can't remember) who routed me through the low-traffic Nova Scotia office, I was met with the iciest hostility and didn't get my question answered. I'll inquire down at the border if it's not here in two weeks, I guess.
