I know Love well but not quite by heart. Herbert is a sort of nemesis of mine, basically by being the purest, through both flawlessness and removal of all extraneous things, expresser of the point of view contrary to mine. I sometimes wonder if there could even be a third. I do see how you could see me closing in on Weil and Herbert here though.
