Don't watch The Killing. It's like Prison Break in that it will keep you strung along through a lot of obviousness and bad acting with a single tease. We had a second reason to continue, as a lot of it was filmed in my wife's high school, but don't you start.

The Walking Dead is okay. Doesn't pretend to be more or other than it is. Grosser than I'd have made it, but I wouldn't have made it.

AMC is regressing toward the mean, I guess. Though the great moments in Mad Men and Breaking Bad are entangled in enough pedestrian ones that you question whether they in fact happened sometimes.

Is it over? I liked the (much longer) Danish version, a lot, and have been tracking comments on the American version that others have made. Though after a while what can a show like this do but slap you from one suspect to another? Unless you get some real emotion. Which the German version did, with the detective (Sarah Lund) losing everything she loses....

Just the season, but yes, suspect pinball, annoying leads.

Ah, so you still don't know whodunit. The Danish version was supposed to be in two seasons, but people demanded that it just continue, so you could see it all at once (22 episodes). The Killing does get solved. I called it. But at some point I called everyone in the whole cast, so it's no surprise that I was right about one of them.
