Holy shit they make you do so little work here. I volunteered for extra just from gratitude - fifty longish papers dumped in November and March, fifty tests in December, thirty-five in April.

You need something suspiciously like a social history degree these days before they let you teach poetry. But surely it can't hurt to know more stuff.
