Sleeps this week went something like 2 hours, 11 hours, 10 hours, 4 hours, 10 hours.

This term I've confirmed 2-4 are infinitely better than 0 for most purposes. The trick is to caffeine bomb yourself for the first few hours after waking. You're fine for the latter two thirds of your day. Whereas with zero you start okay but get progressively worse. Makes sense, eh? The sheer nastiness of a short waking makes it hard to make the right choice, is the thing.

Nearly wept today at how happy I was able to feel. 10s are remarkable on the way up.

And after Thursday no more classes. The part of this I'm made for will begin.

Yes, zero hours is intolerable. I think the lower bound for useful sleep is about an hour and fifteen minutes. At the two-to-four range I can get through the day, but my concentration and short-term memory are pretty sorry.
