[proximoception]

A happy thought came up and smiled at me.

It asked for words to teach it how to stay.

But seeing I was mute it ceased to be.

These happy thoughts come once or twice a day.

And if you think the proper words to say

And let them out one doesn't have to cease

And up your side it climbs to roll and play

Until it sleepy drops into some crease

Or niche and proves to fit it like a puzzle piece.
