My mind keeps recollecting the bit in The Rutles where Eric Idle has to walk faster and faster to keep up with the camera he's talking at, till he's running after it down the street and gets smaller and deeper in the frame. I'm not finding it funny, though I must have once. I'm just vividly recalling it. Why? As metaphor it's a little too on target. Though I guess to go by dreams every subconscious must be a ham.

One of the things a film can do that a book can't though your words are powerful. Man.
