This election "season" has not been good for my variety of insomnia. (Can't easily fall asleep prior to the time I did the previous night, is the short version.)
Probably hasn't been good for the more common varieties either. Though I imagine a lot of sufferers from anxiety-associated ones are going to be sleeping a lot easier after tonight.
"If Democrats get a bunch of statehouses out of this that's even bigger than the Court seat," is the featured screamer in my mental alley tonight. I'm trying to tell it to accept its month of free birthdays and not get greedy.
