May. 19th, 2010 02:14 amSo things might work out well after all--dissatisfied voters kicking out conservative Democrats in primaries, then approval of Democrats in general rising as the economy recovers such that they keep the House and have a more liberal Senate majority, maybe even a 60+ vote one. And a third electoral confirmation in a row, combined with that chastening influx, might convince Democrats they can actually be, like, Democrats--or scare them further left, or anyway out of their near-complete corporate lackeytude. And best of all the non-Fox media might stop holding up finger crosses at liberalism.
But it's as likely that not one bit of that will happen and we'll be flooded with Palinites.
