As of 4 days ago: "We're still waiting on responses to some of our initial
offers. We should know in a couple of weeks. You are high on our
reversion list, but we've had a strong uptake on our PhD offers, so we
may not have much flexibility this year. I'll keep you posted."

If you haven't, you should find some way to indicate that you'll say yes w/o hesitation if they make you an offer (assuming you would). Once the April deadline comes (though I don't know whether Canada abides by it) they start plunging down the waiting list, and likelhood of coming is a huge qualification.

Makes sense. I wouldn't tell him more than once. I wrote them about you a few weeks ago (when you first said you were on their reversion list) telling them that you didn't know I was doing it. So I think they know you're interested.
