A sleep phase drug was approved a few weeks ago for non-24s, but only blind ones. Tasimelteon. We sighted non-24s may be too small a group to feasibly run safety trials on, or care about marketing to for that matter, but it's good to hear. Sounds like it would treat Delayed Phase too, though, so maybe it'll be approved for that sometime down the line and non-24s can piggyback. Melatonin's worked quite well so far but a backup sure would be nice.
