Googled whether anyone has done Lego renditions of The Library of Babel. Nope.

One person has of one of the Invisible Cities, but didn't put their heart into it. Another person made art out of Technic sets vaguely inspired by the book, though.

Making Babel out of legos forever sounds like heaven, but would probably be hell by Tuesday. I wonder if Al Mutasim, The Garden of Forking Paths and especially the Lottery of Babylon and Uqbar would prove the opposite of that. Enough entirely new stuff to do to keep you going forever.

This is why Piranesi died before his time, I think.

Looks lie no one's tried that either. Escher but not Piranesi, saith th'internet.

There are charming ready-made cardboard models of Leonardo inventions for absolute <3 dimension beginners (from age five or something), Piranesi would involve a whole lot of Lego but Escher should be easy enough; child's play, really.
