Works I'd like to see translated:

Morike's novel Painter Nolten
Pessoa's Faust fragments
Holderlin's prose (Penguin cancelled/postponed a selection)
Hugo's Legends of the Ages (too long to try in French)
Valery's poems (again; Bollingen translator was awful)
More Hofmannsthal
More Cernuda
Turgenev's poetry
Tolstoy's late "Calendar" project in its entirety

Alibris tells me copies exist in unreachable parts of the world of Stendhal's lesser nonfiction, and what seems to be a translation of the full version of Albertine Gone.

Ocnos by Cernuda is a great book. I'm curious to know how the title has been translated into English.

Stephen Kessler translated the prose poems, but left Ocnos as itself, on the grounds that it "takes its title from a figure in Roman myth symbolizing the fruitlessness of worldly labor".
