Ways to waste flight dreams:

1. Find people who aren't flying and gloat.

2. Find people who aren't flying and try to prove to them how everyone must be able to fly and just hadn't realized it.

3. Find scientists and explain how there are clearly things not yet understood about gravity, vacuums, or particulate matter.

4. Spend the whole time wondering how the hell you're flying.

5. Fly up so high your brain has no idea what would be there and phones it in.

6. Fly out so far your brain has no idea what would be there and phones it in.

7. Fly around looking for somewhere to pee.

I tried to explain how there must be particles that we never notice because they recede whenever we almost make contact, and that the trick is to back them into one another until they form chains that can be grabbed. It was so simple! But science doesn't listen, only looks.

When they start forming chorus lines, you know, they like you.

I almost never have them. But probably this proves that they're there FOR some other reason.

Well, the very notion that dreams would be needed to nudge us back on track suggests we're wayward. I prefer to think we're wayward even in dreams.
